A newsletter called The Bristol Bulletin is available from the building supervisor at 843.200.4518 for homeowners who may have missed the last edition. It provides an updated financial disclosure as well as interesting tidbits from your neighbors - it is not available for online publication or distribution.

 

2020 at the Bristol brings a continuance of renewal with all new flooring throughout the common areas. *In 2012, the Bristol building was completely re-clad with all new windows, doors, stucco, and newly surfaced salt water pool - a beautifully well done job! In 2014, homeowners enjoyed new paint and carpeting in the residential common space in addition to new appliances in the Bristol Room kitchen and refinishing of the wood floors in the Bristol Room, giving another nice refreshing update to this 2002 building.  This is a well-maintained building with onsite management throughout the week.
