There are two major players in the community - the Homeowner Association (CNCA) and the Golf Club (CNGC). The Homeowner are responsible for the streets, signs, and fences, lighting,& guard gate storage houses. The Golf Club  is an independently-owned business responsible for all the amenities (golf, tennis, pool, playground, driving range, fitness center, clubhouse). All homeowners are social members of the Golf Club allowing them access to these. However, there is a separate membership for Golf and Fitness.. 

Monthly dues are paid directly to CN Golf Club for use of the amenities while annual assessments are collected by CN Community Association for the maintenance of that common property owned by homeowners.

The condominium community of the Retreat and the gated community of Victory Pointe (VPPOA) have their own homeowners' association in addition to the two mentioned above of which they are also members.
